5 Gems in our Bookstore!

Getting our online store up and running has been a labor of love, y'all! To celebrate getting 300 books into our online inventory, here's a short list of some absolute GEMS we have available right now!

Artemis - Sci-fi - Andy Weir

If you liked The Martian, give this one a try! Andy Weir managed to keep the realistic sci-fi vibes of The Martian, but with a completely new attitude in Artemis. It reads like a heist story that just happens to be set on the moon. The characters are great, the science is interesting, and the action is explosive! I loved every page.

Redeeming Love - Christian Fiction - Francine Rivers

A classic Christian Fiction tale that portrays God’s unconditional love in such a beautiful way. If you haven’t read Angel and Michael’s honest and healing story, don’t miss out any longer! Grab this one before it hits the big screen.

A Study in Charlotte - Mystery - Brittany Cavallaro

A fun mystery following Charlotte Holmes, the great-great-great-granddaughter of the famous Sherlock Holmes himself. When a student at her school is murdered, she must join forces with her rival Jamie Watson in order to prove they’re both innocent. It’s a fun read, especially if you’re a fan of Sherlock Holmes!

Red Rising - Sci-fi - Pierce Brown

The first in an epic Sci-fi series! This book will have you obsessively turning pages as you follow Darrow as he risks everything to take out his enemies. This is such a cool series. Think dystopian/post apocalyptic story set on Mars. The characters are complicated and the line between “good” and “bad” gets pretty blurry. When you finish, you’ll want to start the next book Golden Sun ASAP!

Hidden Figures - Nonfiction - Margot Lee Shetterly

The true story of Nasa’s female, African American mathematicians who were instrumental in the United States’ progress in the Space Race. This is a story that can’t be told without also telling the story of life for these women during the civil rights era. This is an entertaining nonfiction read that will leave you with more knowledge and more compassion than when you first started it.
